Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy a package, service or digital product from linikus.com. Linikus is based at V-700/10, Street 24 B, Vijay Park, Delhi 110053, India (“Linikus”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. What we sell
We provide digital marketing, AI and website services (for example SEO, social media, paid ads management, chatbots, automation and website work), monthly marketing packages, and digital products such as kits, workshops and memberships. What each item includes is described on its product page and on our Price Packages page. Anything not listed there is not included unless we agree it in writing.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and can be displayed in Indian rupees (INR). The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
- Taxes are added where the law requires them.
- Work begins only after full payment has been received.
3. Monthly packages and renewal
- Monthly packages (Startup, Pro, Elite and VIP) cover one month of service from the start date.
- If automatic renewal is enabled for your purchase, you will be charged the same amount each month until you cancel. If it is not, we will send you a payment request before each new month.
- You can cancel a monthly package at any time by emailing info@linikus.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for; you will not be charged again.
- You can move to a different package from your next billing month.
4. Starting and delivering the work
All services and products are delivered online. Timelines are explained in our Delivery Policy. To start on time we need the information, logins and approvals requested after purchase; delays in providing these move the timeline.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need.
- Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, logos or materials you send us.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
6. Results
We work to agreed tasks and deliverables. Search rankings, advertising results, traffic and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, ad platforms and your market, so we do not guarantee specific results.
7. Third-party platforms and ad spend
Some services run on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WordPress, Zapier or Make. Their own terms and fees apply. Advertising budgets are paid to the ad platform directly and are not included in our prices unless stated.
8. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as designs, written content and website pages. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio only with your permission.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to provide our services.
10. Refunds
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before buying.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business.
12. Ending the service
We may pause or stop a service if payment is not made, if these terms are seriously breached, or if a request would require us to act unlawfully or unethically. Any work already paid for and delivered remains yours.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Delhi, India.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
