What we collect
- Contact form and messages: your name, email address, business name and message when you contact us through the website, email or WhatsApp.
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing address and order details when you buy.
- Payments: handled by Razorpay and PayPal. They process your card or account details under their own privacy policies; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Project information: logins, files and business information you share with us so we can deliver a service.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.
- Website usage: cookies and similar technologies that keep your cart and chosen currency, keep the site secure, and — where enabled — measure visits and advertising (for example Google, Jetpack, Meta, Reddit or Snapchat tools).
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services and products you buy
- To process payments and send order and account emails
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law
- To improve our website and, with your consent where required, to send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — such as our website host, payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal), email and messaging services, and the platforms we manage on your behalf — and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it

We work with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

We use secure (HTTPS) connections, trusted payment processors and restricted access to protect your information. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable care.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
